Lisa Hosman, Senior Project Manager has been with PageViews since 2002. Her years of experience in project management along with her keen interest in the ever changing field of search engine optimization have proved to be a successful combination. Lisa’s commitment to continual research on all aspects of today’s newest SEO research and techniques provides the clients with the highest rankings and results possible. She exceeds proficiency in selecting the best key words for website conversion, and excels in creative techniques for increasing site relevance in Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Lisa is very organized and possesses special communication skills vital in explaining SEO at a high level and in working together with IT personnel to explain details of the SEO process.

In her off time, Lisa enjoys distance running.

Anil Mishra, Head Link Popularity  Anil has been a member of Page Views team since September 2006. He manages a team of 25 link building experts and is responsible for all aspects of link building.  Anil has managed more than 200 link building projects and has achieved excellent results for Pageviews clients.

Sandeepa Nair - Head of Web Design & Programming has been with PageViews since October 2007. Sandeepa has been working in the software industry for over 15 years, starting as a software trainer and transitioning into a hard core software developer. Sandeepa has experience in creating web sites and applications for small and large businesses including complex database and ecommerce sites. Sandeepa manages a team of LAMP, .net, ASP and JSP specialists.

Shawna Mickelson Chief Financial Officer/Co-FounderResponsible for all aspects of financial management. Shawna has over 15 years of financial management in small and mid-size businesses. As co-founder lead our bootstrapped Arizona SEO company through start-up to its present healthy financial position.

Christian Azpiroz, MBA - Head of Paid Search Coming from a background in Finance, Christian is the head of the Paid Search Department. Christian is responsible for organizing, developing and overseeing every aspect of our online paid advertising campaigns, from creating keywords to optimize all the ratios. Prior to joining “Pageviews”, Christian successfully directed paid search accounts for many companies in the silicon Area. Christian holds an MBA from Cal State Hayward and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from CAECE University.

Sarah Dodson Social Media Promotions Specialist Sarah has been a member of the PageViews team since February 2007. She is responsible writing media articles, press releases, posts, blogging, blurbing, and all aspects of Social Linking in the SEO field. Her background in English/Journalism at Utah Valley State College gives her an edge in Social Media Promotions. Sarah has completed several courses in English Composition, Film and Media related courses and is currently working to complete her Bachelors at ASU.
