As CEO, Joseph Johnson is responsible for the overall direction of Page Views Interactive. Johnson joined Page Views Interactive as president and CEO in 2008 to help streamline the focus of the company and drive stronger performance across the board. He is an internet services industry veteran with over 15 years as an executive management and company leader. Prior to joining Page Views Interactive, Johnson co-founded On Top Interactive Marketing, a full service interactive marketing agency. Before On Top Interactive, Johnson was a managing partner with SimpleNet.com.

Terry Mickelson is Chief Digital Officer of Page Views Interactive. A pioneer and authority in the search engine site optimization field, Mickelson founded Page Views Interactive in 1998. Mickelson has written numerous articles and lectured on the subject of search engine site optimization at various industry conferences and gatherings including the Arizona Software Association and has been profiled in Forbes online magazine. Mickelson’s extensive experience in search engine optimization brings a unique approach to the methodology of linking social media and an in-depth understanding of how building community contributes to an online marketing strategy. Mickelson’s approach to off- site strategy involves building deep links and generating conversations that become a part of a dominant authority building community. This strategy has been proven to build top rankings in SERPs and to keep those rankings for a long time, holding off aggressive competition.

Prior to joining Page Views Interactive, Aaron co-founded On Top Interactive Marketing to meet the ever changing advertising and marketing needs of small to medium sized companies. Prior to On Top Interactive Marketing, Aaron worked for Fathom Online, where he was a Regional Director, Business Development, managing all new SEO, SEM, and Analytics sales. Prior to Fathom, Aaron was a Director of Business Development with iCrossing. Previously he was Director of Advertising Sales with Adoption Media and an Executive Sales Director with Touch America Communications.
